How I work
Mentoring is practical, experience-based support grounded in real-world leadership. We focus on what actually helps you make progress and where appropriate raising your profile – we put ‘Brand You’ at the core! My approach is direct, thoughtful and supportive. I challenge where needed, ask the right questions and help you focus on what matters. This works best for people who are willing to engage, reflect and take action.
Mentoring sessions are online although in-person is available, subject to availability and expenses paid.

Targeted, short-term support to help clients navigate a specific challenge, transition, or pressure point in their role, comprising three 60-minute one-to-one sessions spread out over a period of up three months, with light-touch support via email or text messaging between sessions.
We start by clarifying the core issue and defining what success looks like. Sessions then focus on exploring the situation in depth, challenging assumptions and shaping a practical way forward. Support is responsive to real-time developments, ensuring immediate relevance and application. Cost: £1,200
Development
Sustained, personalised support to strengthen leadership effectiveness and enable longer-term progression, comprising six 60-minute one-to-one sessions over a period of up to six months, with light-touch support (emails or text messaging) between sessions.
The programme establishes a clear direction based on your role, ambitions and current challenges. It builds deeper insight into how you operate, identifying strengths and areas for development. The focus is on delivering against the agreed success metrics such as strengthening your leadership approach, applying learning in real situations or adapting to evolving demands. Cost: £2,400
Strategic
Retained arrangement for clients operating in complex or high-responsibility roles, comprising one or two scheduled 60–90 minute sessions per month, alongside access to ad hoc support between sessions where needed.
This is designed as a continuing relationship rather than a fixed programme. Sessions are shaped by current priorities, challenges and decisions, with ad hoc support available for brief input, sense-checking and time-sensitive issues as they arise. You benefit from faster, more confident decision-making, reduced isolation in your role and ongoing clarity in managing complexity and pressure.
To ensure the mentoring remains focused and effective, ad hoc support is intended for short queries and does not replace scheduled sessions or extend to detailed review or delivery work.
Where additional time or more hands-on support is required, this is agreed and scoped separately. Cost: £750 per month (12-month agreement)
